Co-founder of 360 Corporate, an independent M&A firm that took part in some of the largest transactions carried out between 2002 and 2010 in the Spanish private equity and energy markets, Sebasti\u00e1n Cerezo has 20 years of experience\u2014ten in investment banking and ten as chief executive of different companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2010, Sebasti\u00e1n moved to the Canary Islands as CEO of Fred Olsen, the leading fast-ferry company in the islands, where he carried out a complete financial restructuring. He later launched Oneworld Packaging, a start-up focused on the manufacture of sustainable packaging. Sebasti\u00e1n began his career at Citi in 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
