Co-founder of 360 Corporate, an independent M&A firm that took part in some of the largest transactions carried out between 2002 and 2010 in the Spanish private equity and energy markets, Sebastián Cerezo has 20 years of experience—ten in investment banking and ten as chief executive of different companies.

In 2010, Sebastián moved to the Canary Islands as CEO of Fred Olsen, the leading fast-ferry company in the islands, where he carried out a complete financial restructuring. He later launched Oneworld Packaging, a start-up focused on the manufacture of sustainable packaging. Sebastián began his career at Citi in 2000.

Sebastián holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with High Honours.
