In the Department of Santander (Colombia) they are concerned because one of the cultural symbols of their gastronomy, the culona ants, it seems that this year they refuse to leave the anthill. One of the causes would be in climate change with an alarming reduction in the population of culonas, a source of protein and identity mark of the population since indigenous times.
